TURKEY & CRANBERRY POPPERS

 

500g Turkey mince

1 egg

1 - 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs

Zest of 1 lemon

1 ½ tbsp cranberry sauce

Large pinch fresh or dried sage

Large pinch of salt and pepper

Mix everything together to a firm consistency, roll into small meatballs, and refrigerate for at least half an hour before cooking, to allow the poppers to firm up. Cook on your barbecue warming rack, turning occasionally, and serve with Voodoo Moon's STICKY MOOSE Barbecue Sauce.
