This pasta
showcases the versatility of my Crimson Dragon red
pesto – simply add to pasta with whatever you have
lying in the fridge and you have a meal ready to go!
Penne pasta
for two
2 tbsp
Voodoo Moon’s CRIMSON DRAGON red pesto
1 tbsp
Voodoo Moon’s SEVEN GATES OF HELL chilli sauce (or
ETERNAL DAMNATION or even GOLDEN DRAGON if you’re a HotHead!)
6 or 7
large basil leaves, torn
1 packet of
marinated olives
100g of hot red savina pecorino cheese,
grated
Pinch sea
salt
Simply cook
the pasta, drain well, then toss in the same pan
with the other ingredients and serve garnished with
fresh basil leaves.
