These tasty little treats are so simple and tasty
that you’ll want to keep a container of them in the
fridge and use them in a myriad of different ways!
In addition to adding them to pasta dishes, try
tossing them in a salad, using them as a colourful
garnish or extra vegetable with a steak or chicken
dish, throw into a tasty savoury quiche or flan for
some extra zest, add to a gravy or sauce, mix with
oven roasted Mediterranean vegetables or dice up
with basil, red or spring onion and lemon for a
zesty salsa.
1 punnet small cherry or grape tomatoes
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp natural honey
Spray a baking tray with oil, toss the tomatoes in
the salt and drizzle with the honey. Roast in a
180C oven for 5 or 10 minutes (depending how soft
you want them) and that’s all there is to it! |
