2 apples, peeled, cored and diced finely
1 tsp - 3 tbsp GOLDEN DRAGON sauce, depending on your tolerance to chilli
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice (this stops the apple browning)
1 tbsp coriander, chopped finely
Combine all ingredients well and allow to sit for a half hour to absorb the flavours. Serve with any meat or stir fry, but especially pork marinaded in teriyaki sauce
