GOLDEN DRAGON

Wickedly hot mango chilli salsa. The mangoes perfectly complement the distinctive fruitiness of super-hot habanero chillies, and Aussie Lemon Myrtle bush tucker gives an added tang. Use to put fire and flavour into any sauce, stir-fry, stew or pasta, spread onto sandwiches, simply dip nacho corn chips straight in if you're feeling brave, or add some as a very hot side relish on any plate that needs a kick!

ETERNAL DAMNATION

A very hot habanero chilli & roasted capsicum sauce - Big brother to my Seven Gates Of Hell sauce (below). Use to spice up any dish, sandwich, stew, stir-fry or sauce, with the fruity flavour and wicked burn of habanero chillies providing a hefty kick. Try a jar with 1kg mussels for the best, hottest chilli mussels that'll blow your mind!

NUCLEAR WASTE

A fiesty chilli sambal made from the "waste" (the strained out chillis) of my Seven Gates Of Hell and Eternal Damnation sauces!
Nuclear Waste has a funky Asian flavour with palm sugar, coriander, tamarind and more chilli! Use to spice up any sauce, as a chilli sambal accompaniment to a curry or any other Asian dish, or as a spread on crackers or sandwiches.

JADE DRAGON

My very own Green chilli and coriander jam. Use as a spicy but sweet chutney with curry & rice. Perfect as a burger or hot dog relish, or combine with yoghurt to use as a dip or the perfect kebab sauce. Stir into fried prawns for a spicy treat. It's a jam style, so you get a sweet syrup with a spicy and flavoursome edge, and the coriander provides a burst of freshness!

SEVEN GATES OF HELL

A medium hot chilli & roasted capsicum sauce featuring seven varieties of fresh seasonal chillies - this sauce sounds fiery, but it's fire you can TASTE! Use to spice up any dish, sandwich or sauce, this sauce has all the fantastic flavour of fresh chillies with only a little of the inherent burn. Try a jar with 1kg mussels for fantastic chilli mussels that'll blow your mind or just toss through pasta with some vegetables.

MANGO MOJO

A zesty mango salsa with pickled ginger & pickled jalapeno chillies give this spunky sauce a tasty zing rather than a fiery bite. Fantastic with any seafood, as a burger or hot dog relish, or as a dip for chicken or pork satay sticks.

CRIMSON DRAGON

Red pesto with macadamia nuts, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and a hint of chilli - Ruby Dragon with a little added spice. Use as the perfect slightly spicy base for a pizza or pasta. It's also excellent as a dip straight from the jar or mixed with sour cream or cream cheese.

BUSH TOMATO KASAUNDI

A mild tomato chutney with the zesty - almost sour - tang of Aussie Akudjura ground bush tomatoes. Goes amazingly well with cold meats and cheeses - either by themselves or in a sandwich. Also use as a dip for satay sticks, a relish on a ploughman's lunch, or a tangy sauce perfect for chicken, pork or seafood, especially fish.

CALYPSO

This Pineapple & macadamia chutney is mild, sweet and fruity, and goes extremely well as a side relish to a hot curry and rice, or even cooked into a jungle curry. Also makes a great sauce over chicken or pork. Bizarrely enough, it's also an amazing taste sensation over ice cream (No I'm not joking!). Hey - it's even great straight from the jar!

STICKY MOOSE

My own barbecue sauce with the Canadian flavours of cranberries and real maple syrup. Essential at any barbecue for marinading, dipping and spreading on steaks, burgers, sausages - anything! Try marinading 1 kg spare ribs with a jar of Sticky Moose for a taste sensation to blow your mind!
