I can show you how to use your barbecue to cook more than simply meats, chicken & seafood:
How about whipping up a roast meal with all the trimmings, quiche, cakes, muffins, tarte tartin, stir fry, warm fruit salad, smoked meats and fish, and even bread!
In fact the only two things I've not been game to attempt on my barbecue are pavlova and souffle!
Cooking classes in the comfort of your own back yard or workplace make a fantastic fun night out, and a great team building exercise for corporate clients
