NUCLEAR WASTE

A fiesty chilli sambal made from the "waste" of my Seven Gates Of Hell and Eternal Damnation sauces! 

The chunky bits of chilli, onion and what-not are strained out leaving a liquid sauce, and we add some tamarind, palm sugar, a little extra chilli just for fun, and we get NUCLEAR WASTE!

Some other suggested uses:

Spread on any sandwich or cracker biscuits

Serve with a curry or any other Asian dish

Add to any sauce to give it a little Oomph!

Spread on a pizza base instead of tomato sauce for a cool Asian flavour
