A zesty mango salsa with pickled ginger & pickled jalapeno chillies give this spunky sauce a

tasty zing rather than a fiery bite.

Some suggested uses:

Fantastic over any seafood

As a burger or hot dog relish

Dip in chicken or pork satay sticks

Spread on any sandwich

Mix into a prawn and snow pea pasta sauce for spice, flavour and a little oomph

Pour over corn chips and smother with cheese for a quick and tasty nachos

Dollop onto bangers n' mash

Serve with tapas as a dip

Toss into a stir fry
