JADE DRAGON
My very own green chilli and coriander jam.
Jade is a jam style, so you get a sweet syrup with a spicy and flavoursome edge, and the coriander provides a burst of freshness!
Some suggested uses:
Use as a spicy but sweet chutney with curry & rice
Perfect as a burger or hot dog relish
Combine with yoghurt to use as a dip or the perfect kebab sauce
Stir into fried prawns for a spicy treat
Drizzle onto fish or any seafood
Add to a stir fry
Serve with tapas as a dip
