ETERNAL DAMNATION

A very hot habanero chilli & roasted capsicum sauce - Big brother to my Seven Gates Of Hell sauce. 

It pays to remember that the habanero chilli has a very distinctive burn - you get a bit on first bite, then the fire rises in your mouth and likes to hang around awhile!

Some other suggested uses:

A dip for satay sticks

Spread on any sandwich

Mix into any pasta sauce for spice, flavour and a little oomph

Pour over corn chips and smother with cheese for a quick and tasty nachos

Serve with sausage rolls and party pies next time you have mates around for a few beers to watch the footy

Serve with tapas as a dip

Spread on a pizza base instead of tomato sauce

Splash onto a meat pie to get you going

Cook one jar with 1kg mussels for a fantastically simple dish

Serve at any barbecue instead of ketchup
