Don't let the name scare you - this sauce may sound fiery - but it's fire you can TASTE!

This flavoursome sauce is made with roasted capsicums and seven varieties of fresh chillies - they vary with seasonal availability, but theres always at least one hot one, a few medium strength, and a couple of mild chillies. This sauce is all about showcasing the FLAVOUR of chillies, without too much of the inherent burn.

Some suggested uses:

A dip for satay sticks

Spread on any sandwich

Mix into any pasta sauce for spice, flavour and a little oomph

Pour over corn chips and smother with cheese for a quick and tasty nachos
