STANDARD CHRISTMAS HAMPERS          $42 per person

To start

Pork, cherry, pistachio & sage terrine

Sun dried tomato, parmesan & basil arrancini balls

Main course

Weber roasted bourbon & maple glazed ham, rich homemade gravy & maple apple sauce

Weber roasted Illawarra plum glazed turkey breast with sage & Illawarra plum stuffing, cranberry sauce

Cauliflower & broccolli cheese

Spinach & pinenut salad with freshly shaved parmesan, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, roasted pecans & honey raspberry vinaigrette

Potato & asparagus salad with spring onion, lemon and basil pesto dressing

Bread rolls & baguettes

Condiments including butter portions, Voodoo Moon’s ‘Sticky Moose’ barbecue sauce, Voodoo Moon's own chilli sauces

To finish

Individual fruit mince pies

Christmas kahlua, cherry & chocolate fudge brownies with baileys white chocolate sauce

A selection of 3 cheeses, dried fruit, nuts & crackers

DIY CHRISTMAS ROASTS, READY FOR THE OVEN

Voodoo Moon’s Royal Five Bird Christmas Feast                   $240 each

A turkey - boneless except for the wings, filled with a boneless duck, which is filled with a boneless cornfed chicken, whis is itself filled with a boneless pheasant, which is, finally, filled with a boneless quail - each layer filled with my homemade cherry, macadamia & lemon myrtle stuffing.  Serves around 2 dozen people, and comes complete with saffron infused butter to baste and give the roast a golden gilded finish

Voodoo Moon’s Regal Four Bird Christmas Roast                   $130 each

A boneless duck, which is filled with a boneless cornfed chicken, whis is itself filled with a boneless pheasant, which is, finally, filled with a boneless quail - each layer filled with my homemade cherry, macadamia & lemon myrtle stuffing.  Serves around a dozen people, and comes complete with saffron infused butter to baste and give the roast a golden gilded finish

Illawarra plum glazed turkey breast            $75 each

A double turkey breast, glazed with Illawarra plum and with my homemade Illawarra plum, macadamia & lemon myrtle stuffing. Serves around 10 - 12 people

Rolled pork loin with roasted apple & sage, sea salt and sage rubbed crackling       $55 half, $95 whole loin

Loin of pork stuffed and rolled with a farce of bacon, roasted apple & sage.  The fat will be deeply rubbed with sea salt and sage ready to make spectacular crackling. Serve around 8 with a half loin, 16 with a whole loin.

Bourbon & maple glazed leg of ham           $120 each

Diamond scored, bone in leg of ham with our unique bourbon & maple glaze. Serves about 15 people easily.

 

Please note these roasts are delivered raw, prepared and ready to cook, with all marinades and basting sauces provided, as well as full cooking instructions

Please use these menus as a guide – at Voodoo Moon we are very flexible and happy to mix & match items between different menus in order to provide you with the perfect end result that best suits your personal tastes, event and budget.

Got a favourite you don't see on our menus? Feel free to ask! We will also gladly cater to all your special dietary needs (Vegan, celiac, allergies, etc) & personal tastes.

These menu packages are valid for December 2008 only. We make 99% of our food items fresh from scratch rather than buy in frozen pre-manufactured junk – thus we must reserve the right to make menu substitutions and alter prices without notice due to wholesale price fluctuations or seasonal availability. If a price increase is necessary you will be advised prior to your function.

All orders must be paid at the time of ordering, and placed before 15th December.
